If our products and quality is not as we discussed or as sample before,  a return is accepted after discuss detail about the problem.

Once we received the returned items, Beautwigs will adjust or remake, or refund the cost of the goods in full as we discussed.

Returned items have to send back after discuss carefully with the sale. To be sure together we send products back with right method and packing, please. We won’t be responsible for items damaged and lost  during the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and track able mail service. Or discuss with us to have the offer for service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
