For average head size, a full head needs as below

10 to 22 inch: 2-3 bundles

24 to 40 inch: 3-4 bundles

It could be caused by dry hair. Please make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Extension virgin hair Comb the hair from time to time. You could go to your stylist for further suggestions.

– Before washing hair, brush gently with brush designed for extensions

– Wash with lukewarm water and mild shampoo

– Comb damp hair with wide tooth comb or fingers

– Rinse thoroughly and pat hair dry with a towel

– Once dry, style as you desire!

Treat the hair as If it Is your own. Use a flat Iron/straightener or tongs, even when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it will not last as long.

This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it for it to last longer. If you take good care of the hair, it last for over one year. Can more than a year.

Your hair bundles can tangle due to being to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt-water, chlorine and not combin (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.

– It is better not dye your color hair extensions.

– If you want to bleach or dye, please make sure make the darker color.

– Discuss with your supplier about it in advance before order

– And you can go to your hair stylist for assistance.

Just burning and smell: human hair will be ash, smell foul and show white smoke. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball and show black smoke. Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hairs and split ends. It is normal and not a quality problem.

Different monitor have different displays. The same color number may have a little color difference.

Virgin hair: completely unprocessed and intact, full cuticle is running in the same direction.

– Wash the virgin extension hair in one week.

– Water to wet hair, use a mild Shampoo, Rinse and leave to dry.

– Comb with a wire brush after dry.

– You can perming dyeing, but please remember do not do this too frequent, and remember to use the nutrition water.

– The combs you`d better choose the round with wide-toothed comb.

All the hair we produce is true to length, even the hair is a little bit longer than the actural length. However, the hair texture like wavy and curly look like a little bit shorter. The correct way to measure the hair is after stretching.

The hair ends is far away from the hair root, it’s lack of nutrition and easy to have the split ends issue. What we do is select the good quality hair material in priority to make the weft and trimming the hair ends before shipping. But it’s hard to avoid that there is few split ends inside when you get the hair. The split ends will be improved after the hair conditioner treatment.

All of our weft are made by 100% Human hair. There are some white/grey hair inside. Our inspection will pick the white/grey hair out from the weft before shipment. But all the work made by hand, it’s difficult to avoid that there is NO white/grey hair inside. Please pick out if there is few white/grey hair inside, thanks for your understanding.
